- Complete Orientation Quiz + submit "Why I Chose This Cause" — 300-word reflection
- Assigned your personal mentor on WhatsApp
- Research your chosen issue in your own city/district — real local data, not generic internet facts
- Interview 3–5 people from your community about the issue (family, neighbours, local shop owners)
- Create a 5-post social media awareness series (Instagram/LinkedIn/WhatsApp) — templates provided
- 30-minute group mentor call with your batch to discuss findings
- Run your awareness campaign on personal social media — track reach and engagement
- Conduct an online survey — minimum 20 responses from your community circle
- Participate in one live Parmartha online session / webinar / awareness drive
- Support one active Parmartha campaign: fundraising / petition / outreach content creation
- Daily 2-line update to your mentor group (what you did today, who you reached)
- Submit Final Impact Report — what did you do, who did you reach, what changed (template provided)
- Record a 90-second video testimonial about your experience
- Peer review — read and give feedback on one other intern's report
- Certificate issued within 7 working days of submission
Track B — Community Field Internship | 60 hrs | 3 Weeks | Offline (Weekends/Flexible) | ₹699 | Cities: Delhi · Chandigarh · Ludhiana · Jaipur · Lucknow · Patna · Dehradun · Ranchi
- Attend in-person orientation with your city coordinator — group meeting at assigned location
- Visit your assigned community — school, slum, community centre, or women's group
- Meet the community members, understand their day, identify their top 3 needs
- Submit Community Needs Assessment form (provided) — 1 page, filled on-site
- Geo-tagged photo documentation from your first visit — coordinator helps you with this
- Conduct minimum 2 field activities — choose from: Education session, Health awareness drive, Nutrition camp, or Food distribution support
- Lead or co-lead one activity — design it, invite participants, run it
- Document each activity: participants count, photos, feedback collected
- Daily WhatsApp update to coordinator group (2–3 lines + photo)
- Mid-programme check-in call with mentor — progress review and guidance
- Compile full Field Diary — day-wise log of everything you did (template provided)
- Write Community Impact Report with photos, numbers, and community feedback
- Present your learnings in a 10-minute group debrief with your coordinator and fellow interns
- Coordinator validates your work and signs off on your report
Track C — Rural Village Internship | 90–120 hrs | 30–45 Days | Village Level (Offline) | ₹999 | States: UP · Bihar · Rajasthan · Jharkhand · Uttarakhand · Haryana
- Assigned to a specific village in your state — Parmartha's ground team connects you with village contact
- Stay in village or visit daily — meet residents, heads, women's groups, school teachers
- Map the village: population, core issues, resources, key community leaders
- Survey minimum 15 households on their top 3 needs (survey format provided)
- Submit Village Profile Report — the foundation of all your work in Phase 2
- Option A: Digital Literacy Workshop — teach basic mobile/internet skills to women or youth
- Option B: Sanitation & Hygiene Campaign — household visits, awareness, behaviour change
- Option C: Children's Education Support — daily/weekly sessions for school-going children
- Option D: Women's Self-Help Group Support — help organise, document, or facilitate an SHG meeting
- Option E: Tree Plantation + Environment Drive — coordinate with Panchayat, document impact
- Option F: Nutrition & Health Awareness Camp — coordinate with local ASHA worker, run a camp
- Compile full Village Project Report — all phases, impact numbers, photos, community feedback
- Get Community Feedback Form signed by village head, SHG leader, or school principal
- Record a 2-minute village video — your experience + impact achieved
- Submit to Parmartha review board — approval within 5 working days
